SnapDesk also enables communication at the point of need using smart in-room signage. Guests simply scan the QR-code with their phone, choose a topic, provide notes, and initiate the service request and conversation with the front desk. The message is automatically assigned to the correct room and the front-desk is instantly alerted of the message on their dashboard, via SMS, via email, and/or through our unique IoT smart switch solution. If a conversation is needed, the conversation continues with the guest through SMS or email. The experience is lightening fast and loved by both guests and staff.

Never miss a message even when you are away from the front-desk. SnapDesk can send one or more staff members an SMS alert whenever a message is received.

Email Alert
